On 21 & 22 November 2025, the two-day International Conference will take place at the Argyriadis Amphitheatre, Central Building of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (30 Panepistimiou St.).
Keynote speakers will be:
- Professor Shahram Khosravi (Stockholm University)
- Professor Michelle Fine (CUNY & University of South Africa)
The conference will feature 27 speakers from Greece, Bulgaria, France, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States, including academics, researchers, musicians, educators, and artists.
The participants represent diverse fields from social anthropology, psychology, and education to music, technology, and critical theory contributing their perspectives to the interdisciplinary discussion on testimony and migration.

The conference is organized in the framework of the Erasmus+ project VOLARE – Voice Labs Repository, coordinated by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in collaboration with Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Université Paris 8 Vincennes–Saint-Denis, and the Greek tech cooperative Sociality.
